We are Florida's first alternative medicine practice that specializes in treating patients who have conditions that could respond well to cannabis / medical marijuana, as permitted and regulated by Florida Law.

Note: We do not sell or dispense cannabis / marijuana products or any other products. We are a medical office that strictly provides medical services.

Two Appointments

  1. ESTABLISH YOURSELF AS A PATIENT VIA PHONE CALL ($50)   Our doctor will call you at the appointed time to take your medical history and make you a patient chart.  Florida requires that you be a patient of record for 3 MONTHS before our physician can recommend medical marijuana for you* and add you to the Compassionate Use Registry.

  2. FACE-TO-FACE CONSULT ($200)  Within 3 months after you become a patient of record, you will have a face-to-face visit with our doctor. We will use a secure video call system when permitted by Florida law and state telemedicine guidelines.

  • CANNABIS / MEDICAL MARIJUANA RECOMMENDATION After your second appointment, the doctor will recommend cannabis / medical marijuana for you* by adding you to Florida's Compassionate Use Registry with a customized pharmaceutical order.
  • DISPENSARY FILLS YOUR MEDICAL MARIJUANA RECOMMENDATION  After our doctor adds your order to the Compassionate Use Registry, you are ready for a dispensary to fill it. FMD.green can help recommend a dispensary for you - several are already delivering statewide!

     *Qualified Patients must meet all legal and medical criteria to be eligible for a medical marijuana prescription, as described by the State of Florida and diagnosed and documented by their treating physician. Not all patients will qualify for a marijuana recommendation. FMD.green's protocol, including telemedicine visits, is subject to change based on Florida law and recommended medical practices.

  • Remember, there is a 3-month period before a patient of record is eligible for a medical marijuana recommendation in the state of Florida.

  • Our family business is growing exponentially. We can more easily respond to written inquiries through our website than on the phone because of high call volume and a small office setup. If we are not able to answer your call, please be assured that we will return your phone call or online inquiry as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours. All of our patients are extremely important to us, especially you.

  • Not all patients will qualify for a medical marijuana recommendation. Medical recommendations will be based on the doctor's assessment and in accordance with current medical guidelines and Florida law. If the doctor finds that you do not qualify, we will fully refund your money.
