1. 100% refund if our doctor determines that your condition does not qualify for cannabis treatment.

2. Full refund less $50 administration fee if appointent cancelled at least 48 hours in advance of appointment.

3. No refund if appointment cancelled within 48 hours of appointment scheduled start time.

4. Subscription Service:

   *If canceled before completing 1 year of your subscription, You agree to pay $210 cancellation fee. After 1 year, you can cancel anytime without penalty.
